General Rules Account Ownership

Created account is property of the creator; cannot be shared or traded.
Don’t hand out your account like it’s a free ride in Los Santos only you should be using it. Let someone else play, and you’ll get kicked out of the city.

Player is responsible for his account. The administration does not carry responsibility for your account even if hacked.
Account security = sanity. Ignore it, and you’re Trevor level chaos.

Forbidden to have more than 1 additional account (Twinking).
Don’t worry you can’t break this rule. After the recent update, you can only make two accounts, and any extras won’t be able to log in, so no bans for extra accounts.
Permanent ban (twinks) / Up to 60 days (main)
If a sibling uses the same PC, internet, Different Rockstar Social Club and you get banned, file a forum appeal and request a PC check you’ll be good to go

Forbidden to have more than 1 business per player or across accounts.
One player, one business don’t be greedy, let everyone get a slice of the Los Santos pie!

You can try submit an appeal saying sorry and requesting an account reset. But the chance of success is low

2.1
Names must be realistic and not those of famous people | Jail 10 min + rename.
Choose immersive, believable names only.
Rules of Communication
3.1
Insulting players (OOC) is strictly prohibited | Mute 180 min or ban 7 days.
Treat everyone respectfully both in chat and voice.
3.2
Mentioning relatives in any chat (incl. voice) is forbidden | Mute 180 min or ban 7 days.
Avoid personal or family-related references.
3.3
All IC chat must be in English (other languages only in private if all agree) | Mute 120 min.
Keep IC communication in English for clarity.
Hacking and Use of Software
4.1
No software giving unfair advantage allowed (hacks, bots, etc.) | Ban 60 days.
No cheating tools or modifications.
Dealing with Administration
5.1
Reports must only be for game/server issues | Mute 20–60 min.
Use reports only when necessary — avoid spam.
5.2
Players must remain respectful when talking to admins. Disagreeing? File a formal complaint.
Keep calm and file reports respectfully.
5.3
Insulting administration is strictly forbidden | Ban 7 days.
Respect all staff — complaints go through proper process.
